Masonry Unit Inspection: Verification of unit type (CMU, brick, or block) and dimensions per ASTM C90 or project specifications.
Mortar Observation: Monitoring mixing and placement to confirm correct proportions and consistency per ASTM C780.
Grout Placement: Observation of grout lift heights and consolidation.
Anchor Bolt Installation: Verification of type, size, embedment, and placement prior to grouting.
